Conclusion

Congratulations on completing the instructional modules of the Intellectual Property Online Workshop! In this module, the concluding activity of the Workshop, you are asked to respond to a case study that will challenge you to apply the information you've learned during the previous modules.

On the following page, you will select one of a number of case studies involving intellectual property, all of which are based on real situations. After reading the scenario, you will be asked to write a brief response outlining your perspective on the case, and submit it (via email) to the course administrator.

As you reflect on the case and compose your response, keep in mind a key theme of this Workshop: in many matters of intellectual property, there isn't one single or simple answer. The outcomes of intellectual property issues are determined by specific factors relating to each individual situation.

After submitting your response to the case you select, you will receive (via email) a response from at least one intellectual property expert, to give you an additional perspective on the case. You will also be prompted to add this workshop to your training record by logging in with your internet ID and to complete an evaluation. All comments and feedback are appreciated.

You will need approximately 15 minutes to complete the Module.
