How to Enroll Online

1.  Go to  http://www.citiprogram.org/default.asp?language=english

2.  Click on NEW USER REGISTRATION

3.  Select UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA from Drop Down list

  • Select a Username and Password – WRITE IT DOWN, it won’t be saved for you
    Submit

4.  Personal info page – you only have to complete items with asterisks

5.  SELECT CURRICULUM page – do not answer items 1-3, scroll down to item 4. LABORATORY ANIMAL WELFARE

  • Select any and all modules you may be interested in looking at – species, surgery, IACUC, etc.

6.  You next go to a page where you can select affiliation with another institution besides UM.  Hit the NO BUTTON and submit.

7.  A page appears with the training modules you selected.  Hit “Enter” to start a module.  If you don’t finish, you can come back to it at a future date. 

8.  When you have completed training, print out the completion certification statement, or save it electronically, and send, via email, fax, or campus mail, to
