Three Options for Submitting Animal Care and Use Protocols:

  1. Email to:  iacuc@umn.edu

    The submission must be in the form of a single pdf file with the ACUP, additional Part B (if needed) and all appendices in alphabetical order, and the vertebrate animal section of the NIH grant (if applicable), and other associated documents (eg. wildlife permits, client consent forms, etc.). The file must be sent from the Principal Investigator’s x500 email.  

  2. Mail to:

  3. Deliver to our Office:
